All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT for EU customers. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment providers. We do not store your credit card information.
4. Shipping Policy
We ship from our warehouse in Helsinki, Finland.
- Finland & EU: Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Free shipping on EU orders over €100.
- International: Delivery takes 7-14 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
5. Returns & Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your order to initiate a return in accordance with EU consumer rights. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
